Within our 6 month journey we explore:

    Building a safe & sacred connection to the body without judgement, Learning the Ancient Philosophy of the 8 limbs of Yoga. Cultivating a grounding personal practice through Traditional Hatha Yoga & Meditation.

  • ENERGY ATTUNEMENT ~

    Exploring the communication of energy within the body. Learning the Chakra System & Kundalini Meditation methods to align your inner energy with your highest intentions. Receiving & attuning to Reiki Energy Balancing through the lineage of Mikao Usui.

  • FEMININE SHAMANISM ~

    Deepening your connection to your unique Womb Wisdom, Earth Based Spirituality & intuition through the Feminine Shamanic Lineage. Reclaiming ancestral wisdom, enhancing connection to the inner seasons of your moon cycle to connect intimately to the seasons of Nature. Cycle tracking & feminine archetype embodiment to deepen intuition.

  • SHADOW ILLUMINATION~

    Self growth through gentle & progressive reflection of held conditioned patterns & beliefs. Utilising Somatic Therapy to encourage healthy expression of pent up energetic charges that may still be pulsating from suppressed emotions. Continuous Shadow Work journal prompts to support the alchemy of unseen triggers into conscious awareness,

    Mindset Mastery for clear vision, intuition development, conscious creation & the concept of oneness. Aligning your inner frequency to clearly match your highest vision & taking intentional action to manifest your biggest dream for your life.
